These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including courier, logistics, warehousing, and customs support. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided
Eastlink Trading Limited, based in Northern Ireland, offers logistics-related services including, but not limited to:

Domestic and international courier and parcel delivery

Warehousing and inventory management

Last-mile distribution and fulfilment

Customs clearance and regulatory support

All services are subject to availability and any specific agreements made with the client.

2. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

Not use our services for unlawful purposes

Cooperate fully with our team for the fulfilment of services

Ensure that goods entrusted to us comply with UK, Northern Ireland, and international shipping laws

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is due in full prior to service provision unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Eastlink Trading Limited reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 working days following an internal review.

No refunds will be issued for services already underway or completed, except under exceptional circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability
Eastlink Trading Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of income, profits, or data.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, customs delays, or third-party failures.

6. Insurance and Claims
Basic liability cover is included as standard. Customers are encouraged to request additional insurance for high-value items.

All claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the intellectual property of Eastlink Trading Limited and is protected under UK copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

9. Changes to Terms
Eastlink Trading Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
